Abdulrazak Ahmad Jibia: Abdulrazak Ahmad, a native of ward (Jibia B) in Jibia Local Government Area of Katsina State in the northwest region of Nigeria, was born on Sunday, August 15, 1993. A proud Hausa tribe and devout Muslim, he is married and fluent in both Hausa and English. From an early age, Abdulrazak demonstrated a deep passion for communication, storytelling, and technology—traits that would go on to shape his career in media and journalism. His educational journey began at Muhammadu Rabi’u Model Primary School Jibia (2000–2006), followed by his secondary education at Government Day Secondary School Jibia (2006–2012), where he earned his SSCE certificate. Keen on self-development, Abdulrazak acquired further training in film and photography at Katsina Youth Craft Village in 2021. In pursuit of digital and professional excellence, he obtained certificates in Soft Skills from Young Africa Works, Digital Journalism, Social Media, Cultural Diplomacy, Human Resource Management, and Customer Service from platforms like La Plage MetaVerse and Kuzan Global. He is also pursuing a certificate in Mass Communication at Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic (2023–2025). His skills include media ethics, photography, video coverage, graphic and website design, content creation, news reporting, and film editing. He is also proficient in scriptwriting, effective communication, and the use of AI prompts. Professionally, Abdulrazak has held several influential roles. He served as Production Manager at Hausa7 TV, Head of Programming at Hikaya TV, Commercial Officer at Hausa Daily Post, and Editor at Fact Broadcasting Company. He has also served as Head of News at Hikaya Radio, and Reporter at African Television Power (ATP). His editorial leadership extended to being Chief Editor of Hikaya Newspaper and serving as Press Secretary to Dr. Aliyu Abdullahi. His political and religious media involvement includes Media Aide roles to Hon. Sa’idu Ibrahim and Dr. Usman Bugaje, and Assistant Publicity Secretary of the SDP, Katsina State. He is a core member and editor of JIBWIS Social Media both at national and state levels, and reports actively for media houses at the Government House and State House of Assembly in Katsina.
