Hon. Sirajo Ado, the chairmanship candidate for Jibia Local Government Area under the APC ruling party, met with the Daddara Development Association (DADA), Jibia People’s Forum, and Security Support Organization to discuss the community’s challenges and find solutions.
The meeting with DADA took place in Katsina, while the meeting with Jibia People’s Forum and security groups occurred at Ado’s residence in Jibia on Sunday, January 12, 2025. Ado assured the leaders of the associations that he is ready to accept suggestions and use them for the community’s development.
Hikaya Newspaper reports that Ado emphasized his willingness to cooperate with community leaders to provide necessary means to move the local government forward. He also highlighted his commitment to improving security and peace in Jibia Local Government Area.

Alhaji Gide Dahiru, Chairman of Jibia People’s Forum, emphasized the group’s support for Ado, citing his contributions to the organization and the community.
Hon. Nasiru Almustafa Danye, Chairman of the APC party in Jibia Local Government Area, described DADA as a crucial organization in moving Jibia Local Government forward. Hon. Aminu Aliyu, Vice Chairman of Jibia Local Government, and Malam Muhammad Lawal, Secretary of Jibia Local Government, viewed Ado’s election as a solution for the region, considering his past contributions to the community.
Alhaji Aminu Wali, CEO of AA RAHAMAWA, publicly endorsed Ado, citing his skill in serving the community. Alhaji Namadi Bugaje, a member of the opposition PDP party, stressed the importance of unity between the people of Daddara and Jibia districs, advising against discrimination and partisanship.
Bugaje urged the people of Daddara and Jibia emirates to improve their relationship as family, emphasizing unity as key to achieving peace and security.
Alhaji Ibrahim Isa advised Ado to prioritize honesty, trustworthiness, and patience in dealing with the public.
Special Adviser to Katsina State Governor on Livestock and Grazing, Hon. Yusuf Sulaiman, commended Ado’s efforts to meet with community groups, seeking their advice on community development.
