Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State visited the headquarters of the China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) in Beijing, where he and his delegation were received by the company’s Vice President.
The company briefed the Governor on its major projects and its ongoing partnership with Kaduna State, emphasizing the significance of hosting its first official Nigerian delegation. CCCC also reaffirmed its commitment to delivering the $200 million Kaduna mega poultry project, while the Nigeria–China Strategic Partnership pledged continued support.
Hikaya Newspaper reports that during the meeting, Governor Sani expressed strong confidence in CCCC’s technical capacity and stressed the importance of completing the project within the agreed timeline.
He praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for selecting Kaduna State as the pilot location for the initiative, which is scheduled to commence operations in January 2026.
The Governor also extended appreciation to the Government of the People’s Republic of China and CCCC for their sustained cooperation, noting that the partnership will significantly strengthen Kaduna’s agricultural sector and promote long-term economic development across the state.
