Governor Uba Sani, during his official visit to Beijing, has intensified efforts to strengthen Kaduna State’s agricultural and livestock sectors through strategic international partnerships.
The Governor toured key agricultural facilities, including CP Foods Layers and Eggs Ltd., a major industry in Beijing producing nearly three million eggs daily.
The visit forms part of Kaduna State’s ongoing $200 million poultry project aimed at boosting food security, expanding agro-industrial production, and creating sustainable employment opportunities for citizens.
Governor Sani also visited Beijing Doudian Yisheng Halal Meat Industry Co., Ltd., where he engaged stakeholders to gain deeper insights that will support the development of Kaduna’s livestock sector.
He commended the federal delegation led by Joseph Tegba for its support and expressed appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Government of the People’s Republic of China for their continued cooperation in driving agricultural progress.
