Hon. Abdulhakim Aliyu Sani Jibia, the Founder and President of Akency Foundation, has stated that there is no doubt that Hon. Sada Soli is among the most dedicated and visionary members of the House of Representatives who have devoted their lives to improving the welfare of their people.
He said Hon. Soli’s remarkable efforts in providing clean and safe drinking water to the people of Jibia and Kaita have proven his foresight, sincerity, and commitment to service. According to him, this great achievement earned the lawmaker the nickname “Sarkin Ruwan Kaita da Jibia” (King of Water for Kaita and Jibia) a title derived from his life-changing water projects that have transformed the lives of thousands.
Hon. Abdulhakim noted that since the nickname was first given to Hon. Soli, no one has ever questioned his worthiness because the evidence of his achievements is clear and undeniable. He added that the people of Kusa District in Jibia Local Government especially residents of Daddara, Natsinta, and Kusa communities have continued to express satisfaction with his representation. According to him, Hon. Soli has become a source of pride and comfort to his constituents due to his unwavering commitment to addressing the needs of the masses through sustainable development projects.
On the development front, Hon. Sada Soli has executed key community projects, including the provision of potable water, educational support for students, empowerment programs for youth and women, and financial assistance for small business owners. He has also contributed to the repair of rural roads, which has improved transportation and boosted local commerce.
Hon. Abdulhakim emphasized that “there is no corner or settlement that Hon. Soli has not touched,” as he personally visits communities to listen to their complaints and provide practical solutions.
He further explained that Hon. Soli plays a vital role in supporting farmers with agricultural equipment, organizing vocational training for youth, and ensuring that everyone benefits from the developmental opportunities available in the area. As a result, many residents have declared that the best way to show their appreciation is to continue supporting him and to re-elect him in the forthcoming 2027 elections, so he can continue delivering the dividends of democracy to his people.
Finally, Hon. Abdulhakim reaffirmed that Hon. Sada Soli has fulfilled the constitutional duties of a legislator making meaningful laws, representing the interests of the people, overseeing government projects, and facilitating grassroots development. He noted that as Chairman of the House Committee on Water Resources, Hon. Soli has effectively used his position to ensure that his constituency and the nation at large benefit from genuine water resource initiatives and developmental programs.
