AIG Commissions Renovated Lodging Facility

The Assistant Inspector General of Police, Zone 14 Katsina, AIG Aliyu Abubakar Musa, has commissioned a newly renovated lodging facility equipped with 6-inch mattresses for officers on special duty at the 27 PMF Squadron Base, Katsina.

Hikaya Newspaper reports that the project was made possible through the philanthropic support of Alhaji Muhammad Dikko Ladan, CEO of Broadlink Nigeria Ltd.

Speaking at the commissioning, AIG Musa expressed gratitude for the generous contribution and commended the Commanding Officer of 27 PMF Squadron, ACP Adamu Babayo Sambo, for initiating the development aimed at improving personnel welfare.

He noted that the project reflects his vision for the zone and urged officers to emulate such initiatives. Representing the Katsina State Commissioner of Police, CP Bello Shehu, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Department of Finance and Administration, DCP Aminu Usman Gusau, also appreciated the gesture and called for the proper use of the facility. Alhaji Dikko Ladan was represented by Alhaji Kabiru Shehu.

In a statement issues by ASP Shehu Suleman, Deputy Police Public Relations Officer, on behalf of the PPRO, Katsina State Command; in his welcome address, ACP Sambo thanked the AIG for honouring the invitation despite his tight schedule. The event concluded with a group photograph.
