Hon. Sirajo Ado, the chairmanship candidate for Jibia Local Government Area under the APC, has launched his campaign in Yangayya, Kusa, Bugaje, and Riko Wards as the 2025 local government elections approach.
During his campaign, Ado outlined a comprehensive 5-point agenda aimed at enhancing the community’s development. His focus areas include Education, Health, Agriculture, Business, and Security, which he previously discussed with APC stakeholders in Jibia.
Ado emphasized his commitment to honesty and integrity, assuring the residents of Jibia that he would not deceive them. His pledge resonated with the audience, who expressed their desire for transparent leadership.
Hon. Bishir Sabi’u Maitan, the current chairman of Jibia Local Government, endorsed Ado, highlighting his courage and leadership qualities. Maitan urged the community to rally behind Ado, believing he can drive positive change.
Alhaji Kabiru Manshe, Legislative Aide to Hon. Sada Soli, praised Ado’s experience as a valuable asset for Jibia. Manshe expressed confidence in Ado’s ability to foster community development.
The chairman of the APC in Jibia, Hon. Nasiru Almustafa Danye, commended Ado’s public engagement and assured the community that Ado would uphold their trust if elected. He drew parallels between Ado’s potential leadership style and that of Governor Dikko Umar Radda.
Alhaji Shafi’u Abdullahi Bugaje, Katsina State Director of Library, noted the absence of opposition from other parties, suggesting a favorable outcome for Ado. He affirmed that Bugaje Ward residents are committed to supporting Ado’s candidacy.
Engineer Sadi Umar, the campaign director, highlighted Ado’s past achievements and the positive changes he has brought to Jibia. He expressed gratitude to the campaign participants for their support.
The campaign tour, reported by Hikaya Newspaper, took place on February 3, 2025, and was attended by notable figures, including Alhaji Ibrahim Lawal ‘Sarkin Noman Jibia’ and other stakeholders from Daddara and Jibia Districts.
