The Sada Soli Support Foundation, owned by Hon. Sada Soli, a member of the Nigerian House of Representatives, has disbursed a ₦5 million grant to 500 beneficiaries in Jibia local government area of Katsina state. This initiative aims to support small and medium businesses, reduce the cost of living, and empower the community.
Hikaya Newspaper reports that according to Alhaji Usman Sale Marini, chairman of the foundation, the program provides ₦10,000 to each beneficiary in the Ward of Jibia B, Jibia town. Marini emphasized that the program will continue to exist regularly to encourage investment in small and medium businesses across all wards of Jibia and Kaita local governments.
The foundation’s efforts have been praised by various stakeholders, including Malam Muhammad Lawal, Secretary to the Local Government; Usman Salisu ‘Sarkin Dabino’; Hon. Bishir Dangote; and Alhaji Ibrahim Lawal ‘Sarkin Noma’. They commended Hon. Sada Soli for using his wealth to support the people and stressed the foundation’s commitment to serving humanity.
Alhaji Kabiru Manshe, Personal Assistant on Legislative Matters to Hon. Sada Soli, confirmed that the financial support program will continue to reduce the cost of daily necessities for the mases of Kaita and Jibia. The program also aims to develop the investment of small and medium businesses and support individuals with different needs.
The Chief Imam of Yariman Bakura Mosque, Malam Abubakar Saminu, praised the foundation’s efforts in creating a program that shows mercy and serves the community. He urged beneficiaries to use the support wisely to benefit from the program.
The grant program, which took place on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, in the Tukare Tukare area, demonstrates Hon. Sada Soli’s commitment to supporting small and medium businesses in Kaita and Jibia local governments of Katsina state.
