Amid rising medical costs and harsh economic conditions, the Executive Chairman of Kaduna South Local Government, Hon. Rayyan Hussain, has launched an initiative to ease the burden on residents by enrolling 1,000 people into the Kaduna Health Contributory Management Authority (KADCHMA).
Hikaya Newspaper reports that the enrollment exercise took place at the local government secretariat.
The initiative is already yielding results, as beneficiaries have begun accessing health insurance services provided through KADCHMA, a move the local government says will strengthen Kaduna South’s healthcare system and ensure affordable medical care for its people.
