Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has reassigned the Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Haruna Isa Dederi, to the Ministry of Transportation, while the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, Barr. Mustapha Nuruddeen Muhammad, has been redeployed to the Ministry of Environment.
Hikaya Newspaper reports that a statement issued by the Governor’s spokesperson, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, said the changes take immediate effect from Tuesday, September 23, 2025, with a directive that the affected officials should assume duty at their new ministries without delay.
