A native of Jibia Local Government Area, Kasim Sadazare, has questioned the achievements of the member representing Jibia and Kaita Federal Constituency, Sada Soli, in the area of water resources after eight years in office. Sadazare raised the concern in a statement shared on his Facebook page.
He said Hon. Sada Soli, who serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Water Resources, should be able to point to visible projects and achievements that the people of Jibia and Kaita can be proud of. According to him, many residents are still facing hardship despite years of political representation.
Sadazare also expressed concern over the condition of many unemployed Nigerian youths, especially graduates. He said many young people being used by politicians for political activities are from poor backgrounds and are struggling with unemployment, poor education, insecurity, and lack of decent healthcare and housing.
He stated that he has no personal problem with anybody, adding that his comments were meant to encourage public discussion about development and the future of society. He urged people to respond to the issues he raised instead of attacking him personally, saying the focus should remain on collective progress and accountability.
