The President of Akency Foundation, Hon. Abdulhakim Aliyu Sani Jibia, has stated that it is extremely difficult to find a representative as competent and reliable as Hon. Sada Soli, the Member representing Kaita and Jibia Federal Constituency in Katsina State.
He said this explains the Hausa saying, “Buying quality is returning your money home”, meaning a good representative brings dignity not shame to his people. He emphasized that Soli is a truthful leader who has never relied on character assassination as a means of gaining political advantage or support.
According to him, Hon. Soli has established a clean and principled political ideology built on merit, honesty, and integrity without slander or defamation of opponents. Hon. Abdulhakim said, “When a person is qualified and competent in politics, he does not need to insult anyone or tarnish another’s image. Our confidence in Hon. Soli’s discipline is the reason we avoid abusive politics. What we want people to see and understand is his integrity and outstanding achievements.” He added that this clean political approach is why Soli enjoys deep respect among the populace.
He explained that the numerous developmental projects executed by Hon. Sada Soli across Kaita and Jibia cut across all sectors water supply, support for farmers, rural roads, education, healthcare, and business capital for youth and women. He noted that these visible achievements have earned Soli overwhelming public support because people are witnessing results with their own eyes. “Hon. Sada Soli is the political leader of Kaita and Jibia, and he has been the people’s choice from the beginning until today,” he said.
However, he noted that despite these achievements, some individuals believe the praises given to Soli are exaggerated; others argue that he should not be commended, while some even question the type of contributions he has made. Hon. Abdulhakim explained that such opinions are not new in politics, as politics is built on diverse views, and opposition is a legitimate part of democratic practice. He added, “No politician is without critics, especially someone like Hon. Sada Soli, who has more political influence and capacity than many politicians of this generation.”
He also addressed those in opposition who believe they can remove Soli from the political scene, stressing that they will not succeed because the people’s love and support for Soli are deeply rooted. He prayed for Soli’s continued success and urged the people of Kaita and Jibia Local Governments to keep supporting him to ensure sustained development, peace, and improved living standards in the area.
